Why Does The Water Bottle Gets Wet From Outside When Put In Fridge?

water bottle

This happens because moisture (water vapours) are present in air and this is known as humidity.
The hotter the temperature the greater the humidity is.
When the air is hot the water from the surface evaporates and is present as suspended droplets in the atmosphere.

Greater the temperature greater the capacity of air to hold water.

When something cold such as a cold water bottle is exposed to the air from the fridge, then the air close to the bottle becomes cold and loses its capacity to hold water. So some of the vapours close to the bottle condenses to liquid on the walls of container (bottle in this case).

The water droplets attach themselves to the container due to adhesive forces ( force between walls of container and molecules of water).
